Guided offensive security training

Learn to breach the triad,so you can defend it.

Aegis Triad trains young hackers to attack Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability inside safe, simulated targets — with a built-in mentor engine that turns every exploit into a defence.

The foundation

The CIA Triad

Every attack in the world lands on one of three pillars. Learn to bypass each one, then learn to rebuild it stronger.

Confidentiality

Only authorised people reach the information.

Attack path: credential abuse, IDOR, weak crypto, data exposure.

Defence: least privilege, encryption, access control, secret hygiene.

Integrity

Data stays correct and untampered.

Attack path: injection, request tampering, race conditions, supply chain.

Defence: validation, signing, immutable audit logs, integrity checks.

Availability

Systems are reachable whenever authorised users need them.

Attack path: resource exhaustion, logic bombs, dependency failure.

Defence: rate limits, quotas, graceful degradation, redundancy.

Our invented method

The BREACH Loop

A six-step cycle that turns an attack into permanent protection. The built-in mentor walks with you through every step and refuses to help unless the loop ends in a fix.

  1. 01

    B — Baseline

The AI builds a simulated target and maps which triad pillar it protects. You state what 'secure' means before you touch anything.

  2. 02

    R — Recon

You interrogate the target with the mentor: surface mapping, assumptions, trust boundaries, and where humans cut corners.

  3. 03

    E — Exploit

You break one pillar inside the sandbox. The mentor never gives the payload — it gives the question that leads you to it.

  4. 04

    A — Assess

You measure blast radius: what data leaked, what was altered, how long the system was down. Impact, not bragging rights.

  5. 05

    C — Counter

You write the patch, the detection rule and the monitoring signal. A lab is not passed until the same exploit fails twice.

  6. 06

    H — Hand over

You produce a disclosure-grade report in plain language, the same artefact a real defender would hand to an engineering team.

Hands-on

Practice labs

Each lab is a self-contained simulation. Nothing here touches a real system — and nothing here is theory either.

The Invoice That Wasn't Yours

A billing portal trusts the ID in the URL. Reach another tenant's records, then make that request impossible.

Secrets Left in the Light

A key leaks through a build artefact. Trace it, prove the blast radius, then rebuild secret hygiene.

The Price Field Lied

A checkout trusts numbers sent by the browser. Change reality, then make the server the only source of truth.

Non-negotiable

The defender's pledge

This platform exists to grow protectors, not intruders. Skill without a boundary is a liability.

  • I only test systems I own or have written permission to test.
  • I report what I find, I do not sell it, leak it or hold it hostage.
  • I leave every system I touch stronger than I found it.
  • I protect people first — data belongs to humans, not to attackers.
